Commission Payment / Tracking

ACR's CommTrack tool offers an incredibly flexible commission structure for agents and subagents.   Negotiate and establish unique Commission Rates for each agent or subagent with appropriate roll-up calculations.   Any commissionable item can be set as a flat, buy, or shared rate. For example bankcard revenue may be a buy rate for any thing over 2.x%, merchant statement revenue may be set as a 50% share, etc.

All commission rates are applied after your base processing expenses are covered.  CommTrack handles multiple data sources such as Amex, Discover, Diners, etc. along with your bankcard processing fee codes for consolidated commission calculations and reporting.  Individual agent or rep settings include loans, subsidies, or standing adjustments.

Additionally, establishing rates per commissionable line items gives you the most control in negotiating commission plans for your sales force as well as budgeting new offerings.

In addition to commission reporting, overall analysis of commissions and internal charges allows you to monitor true profitability and expense coverage for greater control and confidence in your commission rate structure.



SALES Lead Tracking

SALES is a dynamic lead management application designed to distribute and control leads from multiple sources running through one or more sales channels using a unique scoring system to promote the strongest sales targets. You control the scoring criteria by source, volume, account type, and many other elements.  Once assigned, leads are distributed electronically via Email or uploaded to another CRM tool.

Many reports exist to report to every level within your selling organization from the Sales Representative to the Sales Manager to Marketing Directors, etc.

The flexibility of SALES provides on-the-fly scoring changes, broad or tightly defined representative geo-coding, individual lead caps, and turnkey sales channel definition.  Distribution qualification criteria include lead settings such as account type, estimated bankcard volume, as well as zip code, association/partner relationships, etc.
